But I think I found a loophole
They say that removal of desire

Self, say,
And make it unwantable,
How easy to remove desire
(definitionally so)
And then, everything being undesirable,
One magical night—
The night you bleed all over your favorite shirt from high school
And slam your head into the yellow parking pole
And remember every mean word you ever said to pretty girls—
That night
The moment you finally hear sirens
You’ll think about your organs
And how great a scam it would be to sell them to the Chinese
The moment the whirling bulbs go bright white
Your eyes will roll back
